Cancellation Fee & Terms

Short-Term Rentals (2-29 days):

Renters have until 14 days (Sep – May) or 60 days (Jun – Aug) prior to their check-in date to cancel for a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. Any time after that, you lose your entire deposit (If we are able to re-book the dates, you will be fully refunded, minus the admin fee).

Long-Term Rentals (30+ days):
Renters have until 90 days prior to their check-in date to cancel for a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
Should you wish to cut your rental short, the fee will switch from the long-term rate to short-term pricing (ie: If you only stay 1 month, the regular monthly rate will apply). *Unless we can find someone to take over the balance of your rental term. Note: For any changes, a $100 administration fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

It is strictly forbidden to sublet the cottage.
