1. We’re CITQ-certified:

This means our cottages have been inspected and meet the health & safety requirements of Tourism Quebec.

Everything posted on our website is accurate and has been verified.

2. We honour all bookings.

Since our cottages are strictly rental properties, we will never cancel any booking for personal use.

As a registered company (Zimackay Holdings Inc. – NEQ #1161711016), you are certain you are sending your money to a legitimate business, and not some internet scam.

CozyCottages welcomes all prospective renters to visit our properties beforehand.

3. We’re covered. You’re protected.

Our cottages hold appropriate house & liability insurance.

IMPORTANT: In the event of a fire, theft or injury, those cottages which do not hold CITQ certification can be rejected by their insurer as they are not “legally” allowed to rent their accommodation.
